At etriceny, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.
30-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must include original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
How to Start a Return
Step 1 — Contact Support
Email us at Support@etriceny.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Step 2 — Return Authorization
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Step 3 — Ship the Item
Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided by our support team.
Step 4 — Refund Processing
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
No restocking fees or refund processing fees will be charged.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to customer preference (such as ordering the wrong item or no longer wanting the product), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, etriceny will cover the return shipping cost.
Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Free replacement
- Full refund
- Store credit (if preferred)
We are committed to resolving damaged delivery issues quickly and fairly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or clearance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page when applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment processing begins. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
